Where exactly is the event, and is parking available?
Christmas Village takes place at Paradise House, the Church's spacious venue in 6th of October City—not in Dokki. Dedicated on-site parking is available for guests.
How does a Fawry reservation work?
Choose Fawry at checkout and your places will be held for 12 hours. Use the reference code at any Fawry kiosk or in the MyFawry app before the countdown expires.
How do we receive the Bethlehem Passport?
Every registered guest receives a physical Bethlehem Passport at the entrance. Collect stamps around the village and submit a completed passport for the live Grand Tombola Draw.
Are the Kids and Teens zones supervised?
Yes. Shepherds' Field and The Caravan are staffed by event volunteers. Parents remain responsible for their children and will receive the full check-in guidance at the gate.
